WHY FIRST IN

Since it’s a triathlon (sport of 3 disciplines: swim, bike, run) it is necessary to spend a lot of time training (either training for yourself or training others). FIRST IN is always there; before, during and after training. It’s an ideal energy bar for someone like me (LCHF) because it is a completely natural vegan product without additives and added sugars. These are very tasty energy bars that come in several flavors and which I also consume as a dessert :)
